Amazing ! The first time there definitely not the last.the food was unbelievable. Place was very clean, the staff was extremely nice to us, we got there 20 min before closing, the food was fresh, hot. So much bbq on the bun it falls off b4 you take a bite. I would recommend this little place to everyone.

This is the place that is different when you're tired of the chain restaurants, country food or Mexican. I had the 1/4 chicken plate with fried okra, collard greens (my favorite green here) and added an extra side, sweet corn pudding. Yummy, yum!!!! Your drink choice is unlimited. You cannot go wrong eating here.

Best pork sandwich I’ve had in 15 years. Most at other BBQ joints don’t come close to this quality. This wasn’t dry, was perfectly tender, and had excellent vinegar type sauce. Sides were great too. Well done.

Passed this gem heading from Asheville airport to visit our sons in college in TN. Smelled the BBQ and made a U turn. One look at the pistol smoker out front and you know there’s something good going on here. The place is half guns and bow shop/ half bbq restaurant. Walk up and order, they call your name when it’s ready. Outdoor seating as well as indoor. The place was full of locals, all on their lunch break, good ole boys nice as can be, super friendly. BBQ was Good! We had Pulled pork and ribs, both excellent.. garlic bread was the kind that you’ll be day dreaming about for weeks after eating it. Perfect fries and beans. Lots of bbq sauce options that I believe are made in house and I think they sell there. Absolutely would recommend this place. We will be stopping in again on our next trip to TN

This is a hidden gem. We stopped with a large group and every single person raved how excellent the BBQ was. I went with the Brisket. One pound is A LOT of meat. The bark was super crispy and flavorful. Amazing! Check out my pic! Corn pudding - yes please! Excellent! Fried okra and potato salad was to die for. Service with a smile. Overall just an excellent meal.

Awesome barbecue. I drive an hour for this barbecue and it is well worth it. The beans, slaw and potato salad are great too. Grab one of their giant brownies too

I ordered & picked up food for my husband’s 80th birthday party. We had 15 people and had the pork chunks, smoked chicken, corn casserole, baked beans and Mac & cheese. Everything was very tasty and enjoyed by all! Food was ready on time very well packaged and came with plates, napkins, utensils and serving spoons. Plus an assortment of BBQ sauces. I would definitely order from them again.

Atmosphere is just fine for a bbq restaurant! Pork bbq and slaw delicious. Onion rings ok...next time I’d get 2 slaw sides. sauces are good! ESP liked the mustard sauce. Corn muffin not so good and no hush puppies available. But I’m not taking off any stars. Many workmen in there and they were living the hamburgers and French fries.
